To be honest I think Internet Explorer is a better browser still then Edge. But almost any other browser runs better in Windows 10, but yes I feel trying to make a third party browser default for Windows 10 in all aspects is hard. I'm troubled by Microsoft's attempt to use Windows 10 and Edge as a platform for its marketing and frankly I see. The new Edge launched on February 5, 2020, as a separate, stand-alone browser that replaced the integrated version. It’s now part of Windows 10 as of the May 2020 update, although you can still. Microsoft Edge is a significant upgrade from the old Internet Explorer browser. If you’re looking for a browser that is compatible with Google Chrome apps but not connected with the Google servers, this is the browser for you.
